Are you keeping it simple? Dinners should not be complicated productions, especially during the week when school and work dominate your day.

Stick with the four food groups, bake, broil or barbecue your protein items. Roast, steam or quick saute a vegetable, add whole grain rice, pasta or bread. Complete the food circle, add sliced fruit. Desert could be a bowl of ice cream or fruit.
Keeping it simple is the best way to go!
