It is so hard to eat right, eat less, and eat right in a society that promotes greasy foods and over eating. Making Kabobs is a great way to eat healthy and enjoy flavorful foods.


Kabobs can be fun and their nutritional value is up to you! Kabobs can have meat, fish, chicken, veggies and certain fruits. They can be dressed up with marinades, sauces or just a little bit of oil. Be careful! The more you put on them, the more calories! Marinades, dressings and wine sauces add calories to your meal. Keeping it simple Just like anything else.
